Operation Enduring Freedom

Operation Enduring Freedom was the United States reaction to the bombing of the twin towers in September 2001.Stated ambitions of Operation Enduring Freedom was to just take out Osama bin Laden and to wipe out the Taliban in Afghanistan.Bin Laden was at some point killed but the Taliban will by no means be completely eradicated.
